Developed and published by VAINSANE Studios, Momo Don't Leave follows Momo as she nears the end of university. Burdened by job hunting, deadlines, and anxiety about adulthood, she returns to her rural hometown in search of relief.

The town appears strangely unchanged. The road is nearly empty, the bus driver barely seems human, and Momo's phone offers little comfort. She then encounters Chia, her childhood friend, waiting as if no time has passed—even though Chia is supposed to be dead.

As Chia leads Momo through old streets and forgotten places, the town begins to respond to a version of Momo that no longer exists. The story examines nostalgia, burnout, grief, memory, and fear of the future.

Designed for a single sitting, the visual novel runs for approximately 30 minutes. Choice-driven progression leads to three endings, supported by eerie sound design and a minimalist presentation with harsh accents and a glitch-like atmosphere.
