Developed and published by VAINSANE Studios, Monologin follows Leo, a directionless night-shift worker at a quiet convenience store near a station. While scanning drinks and waiting for a chance to retreat to the staff room, Leo prepares to log into EdenVale Online for its rare White Unicorn event. The old MMORPG has lost almost all of its players, but Leo continues to regard it as one of the last honest games and a source of meaning.

The story explores Leo’s interactions with Ari, Dai, Piko, and Uma through a dual-perspective structure that reframes their encounters. Its themes include escapism, loneliness, projection, online identity, superiority, and the fear of being left behind.

Designed as an approximately 30-minute experience for a single sitting, Monologin features choice-driven progression and three endings.
