Overview

Making Room? is a short psychological horror visual novel developed and published by VAINSANE. Var is dealing with unpaid rent, a worsening leak, and another argument over getting her roommates, Dre and Spoo, to help. When Var writes a job on an old chore chart, she discovers that her roommates can hear her but cannot say no. Players choose Var’s responses and decisions as the housemates investigate the chart. The game features seven choices, three endings, animated character closeups, diorama rooms, paper inserts, shifting camera compositions, music, and authored sound cues.
